We loved the location of the hotel, as it was situated near the bustling Chaweng market and just a walk away from the beautiful Chaweng beach. Despite its proximity to the busy areas, the hotel was away from the hustle and provided a serene atmosphere. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the staff was incredibly hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and extensive.

located in the crowded area, the hotel offered great prices. it is close to the airport. pool was nice here.

The location is convenient, being not far from the airport, and the pool is a nice added touch for a relaxing stay.

It is a little distant from the main shopping and restaurant areas but the resort has a free shuttle at different times of the day. Breakfast choice was a little limited

It had a very comfy feeling. Damn nice rooms. Felt like we were on honeymoon. Beach was easily accesible. Loved the free Booked.nets. Pool abit small but was Ok for low season

The outdoor bathroom. It was hot and abit scary if we need to take a bath at night or early morning. This is because we saw a dead baby snake on the road leading to the hotel (looked like a cobra)...so if a snake gets into the bathroom when its dark, we would not know. Abit dangerous on that part. Secondly, the review in Booked.net said that it is walking distance to chaweng town. But, we have to walk at least 30 minutes (uphill too) to get to chaweng plaza. After chaweng plaza, we still need to walk at least another 30 minutes to cover the shops. The sister hotel's of Al's is more towards town n more convenient

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location, situated on a little hill in the centre of the resort, was perfect for me. It allowed for peaceful relaxation while still being close to all the activities.

I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Thing that im not happy was , I book for two rooms of suite , but we got the rooms number was 308 and 429 , price was the same but room 429 having 1 queen bed n 2 single bed where else 308 only one queen bed ,thing like this suppose not two happen ,, in the intenet the rooms suppose to be sea view , but we arrived there we only can the the trees blocking our view , when we want to change the room ,, hmm totaly going to be different price ,, please update ur Booked.net picture regarding this hotel ,,, or else lotsa other couple going to be dispointed by viewing the picture , other was prefect

The staff's smiles, Sasithorn and Mr. Surasak's availability, sunset atmosphere, fresh juice time, location away from noise, recommended for families.

Couldn't fault.

Lovely little bungalows on well kept grounds. Very nice pool area overlooking a quiet beach. I much prefered the beach here compared to the busy strip of Chaweang beach albeit a bit coarser sand. You have free use of the hotel Booked.nets. Happy hour at the pool bar daily between 5pm and 7pm. Cocktails 99 THB and bottled beers only 50THB. Breakfast was of a good standard. A buffet of bacon, sausage, ham. Freshly cooked eggs while you wait. Pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices, tea and coffee. Overall my partner and I enjoyed being in the quieter Northern end of Chaweng Beach. A 15 minute stroll or short taxi ride from the hustle and bustle of the centre. I would definitely recommend Al's Laemson.

Wifi is charged on a basis on 100THB per 70 minutes which is a bit of a pain.

Great facilities, Staff very helpful. Accomodation very good, clean rooms. Great place to relax and close to beach. Poolside bar is great

The hotel is located in an ideal spot to reach everything on the bustling beach strip. It has a free shuttle bus, which is a great perk, to Chaweng Walking Street Plaza. the rooms are quite spacious and there is an outdoor shower that is nice in the hot weather.

The hotel has some shortcomings in terms of cleanliness. the breakfast could use some improvement;

The shuttle bus service could be a bit more frequent and run later in the evening.

Superb accomodation and excellent service make this an eceptional resort at the quieter end of town too.Staff were pleasant couldn't do enough to please guests and a well maintained site make this a great location good value for money too.

The only problem is the loud music around the pool during the day which tends to spoil the usual tranquilty of this resort
